Bug Description

Release: Ubuntu 17.10
Package: gnome-control-center
Version: 1:3.26.2-0ubuntu0.2

Expected to be able to arrange displays via the displays panel when having three or more displays attached.

Displays are locked place as long as one display is disabled. When all displays are enabled positioning works as expected, however when one display is disabled (ex. a docked laptop with two external displays) you are unable to position displays.

I have exactly the same. All working fine with 17.04 since upgrade on 17.10 or new install on 17.10 Im facing the issue. I tried everything I found on the net that could possibly solve the issue but without success. So much hours spend on the issue already.

Could you try if that's still an issue in 18.04?

There has been fixed around those problems in 18.04 and 18.10, assuming it's resolved but feel free to reopen if you can try on those versions and still get the issue

Changed in gnome-control-center (Ubuntu):
importance: Undecided → Low
status: Confirmed → Fix Released
