Missing icon for mono speakers

Bug Description

For mono speakers (e.g. Bluetooth HFP/HSP profiles) there is no icon, and so the default missing icon is shown.

We don't have assets for a mono speaker.

This bug was fixed in the package gnome-control-center - 1:3.24.2-0ubuntu5

    - Link audio-speaker-center* to audio-speaker-mono* so that an icon is
