Bug Description

I use a folder as a base for wallpapers (like everyone else, I gues), and I noticed that when adding more images to the folder, they don't get automatically loaded on the wallpaper list ...

Let me give a more specific report :

My enviroment : Ubuntu 7.10 - desktop version.

1. I right click on the desktop, and select "change desktop background"
2. I click the "Add..." button to add images to the list of wallpapers
3. I select all the wallpapers on my wallpaper folder, and hit "open"
4. The wallpapers are added to the list as expected, and I can select them.
5. Some time later, I find more interesting wallpapers, and copy then to my wallpaper folder

6. here goes the problem - they aren't automatically added to the list. I would expect then to be automatically be added to the list, since they are on my standard "wallpaper" folder.

It's actually a feature request rather than a bug, but some guys in here told me not to make a blueprint unless I'm asked to do so ...

Pedro,

Thanks!

On upstream, I noticed they didn't care to say that when a new image is added to the folder, after the folder have been added, the new image should automatically be added to the wallpaper list also. But maybe that is just too obvious :)

I've made my comments there, let's hope they don't look at it thinking it's just bloat...
