Bug Description
Inside:
Settings->Universal Access-
Toggling High Contrast to ON and then OFF, does not revert back to the non-contrast state/theme configuration. Upon turning it back to OFF, it resets the theme, icon packs and all Appearance settings except 'Shell Theme' back to defaults.
This should not be the case. It should probably preserve a 'Theme state' with all 'current' selected settings for appearance and revert back to that after the High Contrast setting is no longer needed.
