Wired connection is on by default

Bug Description

In Ubuntu 14.04 LTS go to All Setting->Network->Wired
Wired connection is on when I start the system.Even when I stop it and restart the system it is still on.

The following steps will fix the problem:-
1.Go to terminal install gksu by typing:
sudo apt-get install gksu
gksu is used to enter password while running a program as root.
2. Once you have gksu installed, use the command below:
       gksudo gedit /etc/rc.local
and edit the file by typing nmcli nm enable false and reboot.
This will turn off wired connection by default.

In rc.local file add
nmcli nm enable false just above exit 0.
