There is no Time & Date Settings panel

Bug Description

When I try 'gnome-control-center datetime' I am getting '** (gnome-control-center.real:2819): WARNING **: Could not find settings panel "datetime"' error.

Under Flashback you should be using `unity-control-center datetime`

Yes, I am using it already. But date&time indicator doesn't. So Time & Date Settings menu entry does not have any sense because it is not executing what users expected.
