Bug Description
Today when I plugged in my external monitor the Activities bar/clock/etc (is there a name for this?) was on the wrong screen. It took me 20 minutes of plugging/
Granted, there is a tooltip that says "Drag to change the primary display." but this is only activated once you have already clicked on the tiny black bar.
Perhaps a better UI hint would be useful here to say "Hey, dumbass, drag that very tiny black bar" or something.
