the keys Ctrl+Alt+Up(Down) switch workspace up (down) although other functions were assigned in gnome-control-center - keyboard-shortcuts

The Control Center applet shows "Super+Page Up" for "Move to workspace above" shortcut, but "gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.wm.keybindings switch-to-workspace-up" returns "['<Super>Page_Up', '<Control><Alt>Up']".
