Bug Description

In Raring, in some sessions, the mouse and touchpad settings are not what they're supposed to be: too slow, scrolling doesn't work as well as two-finger tapping to open context-menu and keyboard cancellation when typing. Rebooting solves the problem, but it comes back sometimes. I can't reproduce it, as it seems random, but I'm in one of those sessions right now.

Note: I reported this bug against gnome-control-center, as it's the closest I found to mouse settings. It's nice to notice that I cant' find touchpad options in the menu when open the mouse configurations window, if I'm in one of the sessions.
