gnome-control-center crashed with SIGSEGV in g_type_check_instance_is_a()

Bug Description

gnome-contol-center crashed on user account creation.

Steps to reproduce(not tested- just performed one time which causes the crasher):
1.Start system configuration -> user -> unlock -> create new account
2.Give in the full name field "angela"
3.See the automatically filling of the filed user name with "angela"
4.Press ok and have the crash.

Additional:

This was a standard account creation.

The bug hasn't seen any activity in years and there has been no recent similar reports, the code also changed quite a lot since and it's likely the issue doesn't exist anymore. Closing, feel free to open a new report if you still get problems in recent Ubuntu versions
