Bug Description

I think this is new bug. My Wifi goes to Hotspot mode right after boot or switching on. If i press stop hotspot this error appear every time. hotspot is not swittced off. The only way to connect hidden Wifi is to try to connect to some different network and while it's connecting choose hidden one i need to use. Tricky.
