Root cause is probably bug 3731 or similar, but I would expect there to at least be shown 640x480 and 800x600 in the list.
Or possibly it is a (known?) error in xresprobe or discover.
Can you attach the output of `xresprobe <video-driver>` and attach the contents of your /var/log/Xorg.0.log?
Your video driver will be something like 'nv', 'ati', etc. You can find it in your /etc/X11/xorg.conf file. |
