gnome-control-center crashes with gtk warning

Bug Description

After last updates in Raring (amd64) I can't open gnome-control-center, it crashes immediately showing the following errors :

Seb, it would also be nice if the 60_ubuntu_nav_bar patch could be hammered to be Unity-specific.
At a minimum, I never liked that the "All Settings" button doesn't do anything when clicked if you're in the "overview".
