No option to specify no_proxy from gnome-control-center network proxy dialog

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce
- Open gnome-control-
- Navigate to network proxy section
- Select proxy : Manual
What is expected: Different text input fields to allow setting {http,https,
What happens: There is no field to set no_proxy envirnment variable.
Consequences:
The no_proxy environment variable contains a list of domains for which proxy settings should be ignored. Not setting it causes all connections to be routed through proxy, which may be undesirable in certain circumstances.
Temporary fix:
Edit /etc/environment and manually add the entry

Fully updated fresh install of Quantal (12.10), running Unity.
