Bug Description

Steps to reproduce
 - Open gnome-control-center while running unity.
 - Navigate to network proxy section
 - Select proxy : Manual

What is expected: Different text input fields to allow setting {http,https,ftp,socks,no}_proxy environment variables.

What happens: There is no field to set no_proxy envirnment variable.

Consequences:
The no_proxy environment variable contains a list of domains for which proxy settings should be ignored. Not setting it causes all connections to be routed through proxy, which may be undesirable in certain circumstances.

Temporary fix:
Edit /etc/environment and manually add the entry

Additional information.
Fully updated fresh install of Quantal (12.10), running Unity.
