Connection sharing with AP mode not possible

Bug Description

It is only possible to set up connection sharing in ad hoc mode. It would be useful for the hardware that supports it to set it up with AP mode. E.g. Android can't connect to ad hoc networks.

Yeah, we simply ran out of time on this for 0.9.8; but it will be
cherry-picked to 0.9.8.2. I have a branch for it, but we need some
changes in the generic code (which both the editor and applet use)
before this is all handled correctly."

This is still not possible in 13.04 due to not compiling wpasupplicant with AP support, more details here :
