[power] "Show battery status in menu bar" shows when running GNOME Shell

The power panel in System Settings includes the "Show battery status in the menu bar" option in the Power panel even when running GNOME Shell.

I don't think this is intended by 97_unity_power_ui.patch and it would be better if the option only showed when indicators are running.
