cannot calibrate Wacom ISDv4 90 Pen

When I click the "Calibrate..."-Button in System Settings->Wacom Graphics Tablet nothing happens.

Not sure if related, but also the "map buttons..." button gives blank box. My pen doesn't have side buttons, but does have eraser and I'd hoped to use eraser as secondary click but there is no option here to alter it - not sure if the that is intended or not.
