[background]: No way to cycle wallpapers through your own photos

Bug Description

If you open up the background settings panel, and add files of your own to display, there seems to be no way to tell it to cycle through your photos so you get to see them all. There is the built in photo collection that does that, and that's nice, but it's not obvious how you add your own.
