Bug Description
I have 3 displays - one internal to the laptop and two external connected via VGA and DisplayPort. I can't move the displays around in the gnome-control-

To work around this I had to use xrandr on the command line.
alan@deep- thought: ~$ xrandr --output LVDS1 --auto --left-of HDMI2
This allowed me to move the laptop display around.
