Bug Description
After updating to the beta of 13.04 and being prompted to grant access to accounts setup in Online Accounts, I noticed there was an account with no name/category in the side panel. When selected, nothing comes up and when I attempt to remove it, nothing happens.
My Google and Facebook accounts can be granted access and removed with no issue, while it seems this "null" account is stuck in limbo.
To reproduce:
1. Launch Online Accounts (System Settings > Online Accounts)
2. In the side panel, at the top of the accounts list, there should be a blank line that represents a null account.

Hi Adam, and thanks for reporting this. It looks like some account-plugin-* package has been removed during the upgrade.
Can you install account- plugin- tools and run the "account-console list" command? It will list all the accounts, including the one which appears as blank in the control center. By comparing the lists, you should be able to identify which account is not recognized by the control center, and you should be able to fix it by installing the respective account- plugin- <provider> package.
Please let me know if this works.
(in any case I'll keep this bug report open, because the Online Accounts panel could be more informative in such cases)
