Online Accounts shows Please authorize Ubuntu to access

Bug Description

Each time I lose internet connection, the top-left system wheel goes red and the "Online accounts..." is also red. I lose the authorization for Google Accounts, and I have to grant access each time I go online again.

This affects my XMPP (Jabber) account under 13.04. Occasionally, I believe however not _every_ time I log out, I must reauthenticate.
