Those seem to be for account I configured in empathy before quantal...

installing account-plugin-jabber fixed it, that installed those:

  account-plugin-aim account-plugin-jabber account-plugin-salut
  account-plugin-windows-live account-plugin-yahoo mcp-account-manager-uoa

summary: - empty accounts lines displayed
+ empty accounts lines displayed (account-plugin-jabber not installed)

It would probably be a good idea for Empathy to request installation of plugins that are not currently installed (with PackageKit, for example) when going through the migration process. Anyway, the UOA panel should be more clever about dealing with missing account plugins.

It was affected me but i have reinstalled my missing package account-plugin-twitter (ubuntu 13.04)
