Update gnome-contacts to 3.14

The update of gnome-contacts has been blocked for a few cycles now due to the use of GtkHeaderBars. I have now patched gnome-contacts to bring back traditional titlebars and menubar.

We want this update in Ubuntu GNOME since it provides a more coherent UI with the rest of GNOME 3.14. Other than the UI changes its largely just bug fixes.

Discussed on IRC with Seb and Lars, they are ok with the update, although the UI is not ideal under Unity, its no worse than the previous version that is currently in the archives
