Missing text input box for Address field

Upon launching the Contacts app a window for the main app is opened. To add a new contact the user clicks on the "New" button in the upper left corner of the app, which will open a new window for the user to enter contact information. This new window has labels for Contact Name, Email, Phone, and Address. This window also has matching text input boxes for Contact Name, Email, and Phone, but the text input box for the Address information is missing. Thus, the user cannot input any address information for the new contact.

I have been informed that other member of the Ubuntu community (via Ubuntu Forums) have varified that this is indeed a bug.

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

checking out in 14.04 & fedora 20 there is no address field available when creating a contact but an address can easily be added after any contact is created via edit > New detail.
So possibly not a bug but intended...
In any event if you feel this is a bug then it should be filed upstream -
