Gnome commander does not depend on meld

Gnome commander does not depend on meld so when I tried to compare two text files all I got was an error message that meld is missing.

This particular issue has been reported once (bug #587595) but it got closed as fix released. According to packages.ubuntu.com this issue has never been fixed.

Adam, I've closed bug #587595 because I've added meld to gnome-commander's Suggests field rather than Depends as gnome-commander does not need meld to run.

But it's buggy without meld. Maybe gnome commander should ask the user if he wants to install meld when it's needed?
Just like the movie player is suggesting the installation of codecs.

It's not buggy, just an extra feature is not available.
To enable such feature, just install meld.

I'll leave a comment into README.Debian to inform the user about that though.
