Bug Description

I have two identical Samsung S24D300 monitors connected to an AMD 280x GPU via HDMI and DVI-D. Color manager only lists one of these two displays. I was able to calibrate the display and the resulting profile is only applied to the single display. I was able to use the command line tools to "dispcal" and "dispwin" to perform the same on the second display by using the "-d2" option.
