Bug Description

I tried to open a MP3 file with Totem.
I had no MP3 codec installed so It searched for codecs (as expected).

But then to my surprise it found no codecs to install.

I did a fresh installation of Ubuntu 13.10 and gnome-codec-install isn't installed on my system.

Hmm, perhaps that's the issue? I'll admit I don't know too much about automatic codec install because I do it manually as in previous comment.

If you feel gstreamer1.0 would be a better package for this bug, feel free to change it.
