Wrong time in the floating widget with world clocks

Bug Description

I have added an additional world clock with 'Las Palmas' so I can see it both in the 'Clocks' application and the floating widget it opens when clicking in the clock from the status bar.

But, now, the time of the widget is wrong while the one in the clock application is the correct one. The widget's one seems to be using 'Europe/Madrid' timezone instead the correct one 'Atlantic/Canary'.

it's the same problem if you use 'Tenerife' as city as it uses Atlantic/Canary timezone too.
