Bug Description
Today, after updating the gnome-clocks package to version 3.36.0-1ubuntu0.1 (focal-updates), the sound of the timer and the alarm stopped working. After rolling back to the old version 3.36.0-1 (focal), everything works correctly.

Thanks for reporting. I've added the tag `regression-update` since this seems to be a bug introduced by an update.
(As an aside, I find this strange, because version 3.36.0-1ubuntu0.1 fixed bug 1873077 where the application simply crashed and it seemed to do so for everyone. So I am curious why it was working for you?)
