gnome calendar automatically moves event back 1 day

Bug Description

Step to reproduce:
1. Create an all day event
2. Set it to repeat monthly
--> Surprise, it goes back one day

Additional information:
Time belt: GMT+7

What type of calendar? Local? webdav? outlook?

I don't really understand your question so I recorded the steps to reproduce the bug. Please note that no matter the event is 'personal' or sync with gmail, this bug still happens.
