Bug Description
On both 16.10 (Yakkety) and 17.04 (Zesty), gnome-calendar has no Ubuntu-style title bar displaying the name of the program. So it looks inconsistent with other applications on the Ubuntu desktop. What's more, if I set the option "Show the menus for a window" to "In the window's title bar" in the Appearance control panel, then the top-level menu in gnome-calendar is no longer available at all.
Since gnome-calendar is in main, it should be patched to have an Ubuntu title bar, just like other GNOME applications.
