    - Adjust so that we can use the same packaging for Debian & Ubuntu

  * Merge with Debian. Remaining changes:
    - Update debian/gsettings-override & recommended-downloads.xml
      for Ubuntu
    - Use dh_migrations to remove the old cached Ubuntu logo
