Bluetooth doesn't detect devices

Bluetooth module is detected, works but doesn't detect any device. Devices (e.g. phone) don't detect the computer.

If this issue still bothering you, please specify the current version of Ubuntu that you're using (with "uname -a" output), and attach your "lspci -nnk" and "lsusb" command output from your terminal.
After that, please change the bug status back into "New".

Still does not work. Perhaps this is a duplicate of another bug because I found some cases on the internet where people described the same issue with the same device.
