Microsoft Wedge Touch Mouse support

The Microsoft Wedge Tech Mouse needs PIN set to "0000", but by default PINs for mouses is set to "NULL". The bugfix is add a line in the file /usr/share/gnome-bluetooth/pin-code-database.xml for set correct PIN.

That's fixed in the current version
