Bug Description

When you set the gnome panel to be use a solid color or background color, the applets does not respect it.

I'm experiencing the same problem. I've tried commenting out the @import url("apps/gnome-panel.css") line in gtk.css of the GTK 3.0 theme, but that doesn't seem to do anything other than make the applet background a solid color.
