System monitor applet has the size of about 400 when it's launched, but size which is set is more than 400

Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-applets
When I log in or when i restart the gnome-panel the size of the system monitor applet is about 400, but I've set the size to be 1000. So I have to go to the applet settings, where I see the size still 1000, then I change it to any other and then back to 1000. After these actions applet's size becomes 1000 for real.
When the size set is less then 400 all is OK.
