Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-applets

I added the CPU Frequency Scaling Monitor panel applet on 10.10 desktop. The default configuration of the applet is to show 'Graphic and Text'. The text is not visible with the default Ambiance theme, it's black text on a dark gray background. The seems to render properly when I switch to the Radiance theme, which uses a light background. Other applets such as the date/time applet don't seem to have this problem. I expected the cpufreq applet to use light text when rendered on the dark background.
