Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-applets

Since I've updated my system on February 18, 2009, I'm no longer able to change to frequency of my CPU with the CPU-Frequency-Selector. Though I can click on the desired buttons which would normally change the frequency, nothing happens, instead I receive only a crash report.

Strangely the applet is still in the panel, and I'm able to call up the Preferences, too.

I'm currently running Jaunty Alpha 4, x64.
