"Log out" applet has no icon when trying to add it to a panel.

After further testing, the Human theme seems to be the cause of this problem. Switching to other themes [such as Glider] resolves the problem.

And a reinstall of the human-icon-theme seemed to resolve the issue, which leads me to believe it is the human theme that is a problem, and not the gnome-applets package.

The latest version of the Human theme .30.2 seems to have solved this problem! =)
