Bug Description
If I have both CPU and network graphs configured to my panel and download some large file so that I have stable network load. Then I move my mouse over the network graph to see in tool tip how much in percentage is the network load it shows the load in graph. At the same time the graph goes to zero or near the zero.
I have noticed this behavior in several machines so I think it is easy to reproduce. Attached please find screenshot about the problem.
