Steps: I simply tried to change the volume using mixer applet,
applet then changed to SDI window (instead of modal window - dialog),
and when window is closed, applet crashes.

does anybody still get the issue? the duplicates seem to have stopped for a few days, could have been a gtk issue fixed now
