Bug Description

In Ubuntu Hardy Heron AMD64, the trash bin icon shows that the trash bin is empty, although the trash bin is full.
Also the trash cannot be emptied.

There is a workaround: open the Gnome terminal, go to "/home/<username>/.local/share/Trash/files".
Type: "sudo rm -Rf *" and press ENTER. This will delete ALL files AND folders AT ONCE.

Then go to "/home/<username>/.local/share/Trash/info" and just delete the files in there. This does not require any special action.

The same here, but I'm not able to reproduce this all the time. Sometimes it works and sometimes not.
