Keyboard layout switcher does not switch layout

In Hoary a single click on the Keyboard layout switcher panel applet switched
layout. In Breezy this does not work anymore.

Thanks for your bug. Could you try if that happens after installing the .deb
pointed by the bug #21595 and restarting xorg?

Now it works without trying the deb. The latest Breezy updates must have fixed
this. Thanks for looking into it.
