Bug Description
1)Create a vertical panel that touches the top of the screen
2)Add a drawer to the panel
3)Change the size of the drawer to its smallest value
4)put the drawer at the top of the panel
5)increase the size of the drawer
Causes gnome panel/applets to freeze
