Actually if you change the timezone in GNOME, you change the hour of the whole system, which require root privs to do it. if you don't have this feature , you can't actually change anything. If you want to you can submit a bug upstream in http://bugzilla.gnome.org product gnome-panel . Thanks in advance. |
