Could you please check /etc/apt/sources.list.d as well if there is still a enabled multiverse repository? g-a-i should always ask a question before enabling a additional repository).

If you are not familiar with the structure of the configuration files, please use the graphical tools Software Sources (feisty) or Software Properties (edgy) to enable and disable repositories.
