System/Administration/Add Application not working in dapper flight-2

Bug Description

Beyond (sometimes) asking me for the sudo password, nothing happens when choosing System/Administration/Add Application in the menu in the default session. This is dapper flight 2 on amd64.

Thanks for your bug report. What happens, if you run gnome-app-install from the terminal? Can you attach the output here?
