gnome-app-install crashed with ValueError in _refilter()

This bus is reproducible 100% of the time by following those steps:

1. Start gnome-app-install with the Applications menu
2. On the right, click on the popularity column to sort by popularity
3. On the left, click on Accessories

Then gnome-app-install crashes instead of listing the applications in the Accessories section sorted by popularity.

I couldn't reproduce this on Ubuntu 8.10.
