gnome-app-install crashed with ValueError in _refilter()

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-app-install

Choosing the "Programming" session (or anyone else) lead me to this error. The list of softwares that match this criteria do not appear at the panel to the right. Instead, the panel remain "intact" and error message apears.
