[i18n] untranslated string in french

String missing translation with suggested translation right at the desktop menu
level:

Add applications -> Ajout d'applications

Install and remove application -> Installation et désintallation d'applications

The rest of the app is mostly english so it would need work before being
released. BTW, is the "Help > Translation this application" for this? It
doesn't do anything for me (not even a warning message).

"Help > Translation this application" is the right way. It should open a new
page in your mozilla firefox:
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/breezy/+sources/gnome-app-install/+translate

The desktop file is translated now. The rest of the application be be translated
with rosetta. The updated desktop file will be part of the next upload.
